If your performance is good enough and the profit of the factory is considerable enough, you can still get a good bonus at the end of the year.

As Yihai is an enterprise that produces grain and oil, the production workshop is noisy and dirty (except the refining workshop and the filling workshop), the production operators have low technical content and high physical requirements, and the operators have different qualities, so they have to work shifts.
