According to the traffic police of Weinan Expressway, at 13: 15 on June 19, 223, temporary traffic control was imposed on Fuping Toll Station to prohibit all vehicles from entering the expressway due to the need of pavement construction in Yanliang section of Beijing-Kunming Expressway. The bypass in the station was temporarily closed, and the main line vehicles in Xi' an direction were driven out of Fuping toll station and detoured.
