Zengcheng Xiancun Middle School was renamed as Guangzhou Zengcheng Experimental Middle School of Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group. Entrusted by Zengcheng People's Government, Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group has been fully managing Xiancun Middle School in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou since the school year of 2022. During the trusteeship period, the school was listed as "Guangzhou Zengcheng Experimental Middle School of Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group". Zengcheng District arranges special funds for campus expansion and renovation projects. In September 2022, the school opened a science and technology class in the first grade.
