1. Class A, B, C and D high-level talents recognized by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work of Yantai Municipal Committee;

2. Persons who work full-time in our city, are under 45 years of age, have a college degree or above recognized by the state, or have professional and technical qualifications above the intermediate level and professional qualifications above the senior technician; Have a household registration in our city or hold a residence permit within the validity period of our city, sign a full-time employment agreement with the employer of our city with a college degree or above within the graduation school year, and I or my spouse or minor children have no self-owned housing in the areas and cities where both husband and wife work.

Under any of the following circumstances, it does not belong to the distribution scope of talent apartments:
