Strict control of construction quality is the premise of doing a good job of supervision.

"Quality first" is the consistent policy of engineering construction in China. The project quality is related to the effect of production and use, and to the safety of people's lives and property, so ensuring the project quality is an important link of the project. The main factors affecting the quality of landscape engineering construction are: landscape engineering construction personnel, landscape plant materials and components, landscape construction machinery and environmental factors, which determines that supervisors must try their best to make the factors affecting the quality of the project under full control, realize the quality control objectives of supervision, and thus promote the smooth development of supervision work. To do a good job in monitoring the quality of landscape engineering construction, we should mainly start from the following aspects:

1, urge the construction unit to choose fertile, loose and well-drained planting soil.

Such as camellia, rhododendron, Du Ying, hibiscus, Cinnamomum camphora, Photinia rubra and other acidic soils, chrysanthemum, cypress, pomegranate and other alkaline soils. Only by unifying the ecological requirements of plants with the ecological characteristics of soil can plants grow well. Therefore, in the process of supervision, the supervisor must urge the construction personnel to change or improve the soil in order to ensure the sustainability of the normal growth of plants and reduce the economy of the construction unit.

2. Strictly control plant materials to ensure the quality of engineering construction.

The supervision engineer shall urge the construction unit to purchase seedlings according to the design drawings, and accept the name, specification, quantity, origin and quarantine list of seedlings before they enter the site, and all seedlings that do not meet the specifications shall be returned. In addition to the design requirements, the quality of plant materials must also meet the quality requirements in Table 1 and Table 2:

3. It is suggested that the owner and the construction unit choose the appropriate planting season to improve the survival rate of seedlings and save the project cost.

The planting season of plants should be chosen in the period suitable for root growth and minimum transpiration of branches and leaves. Generally speaking, the dormancy period from defoliation to spring germination is the most suitable. However, with the continuous expansion of green area and the continuous increase of projects, it is a common phenomenon that seedlings are planted out of season, and supervisors must ensure that seedlings are planted out of season.

4. Monitoring the construction quality of steel and wood structures in garden roads and garden sketches is also one of the key points to ensure the quality of garden projects.

Garden Road is the only way for vehicles and tourists to play. Generally, it can be divided into: the garden road which is mainly walked by car dealers (more than 6 meters), the garden road which is mainly walked (more than 3 meters but less than 6 meters) and the garden road which is mainly walked (less than 3 meters). According to the paving materials, the common ones are marble paving, concrete paving, grass-embedded terrace paving and pebble paving.

Garden projects generally include pavilions, cloisters, flower stands, steel-wood structures and other steel-wood structures. Some sign forms at random, and some supervision engineers concurrently serve as directors of several projects, often signing in a daze without fully understanding the projects; There are also supervisor requirements.

Let "controlling project investment" become an empty talk, and supervisors should "sign" in the process of supervision;

1, the responsibility should be clear, what documents should be signed, what documents should not be signed, when they can be signed and when they can't be signed. In landscape engineering supervision, it should be remembered that only the director has the right to sign all legal documents, economic documents, commencement reports and shutdown reports, otherwise all legal effects will be borne by me.

2. Take the signature of the supervisor seriously, and sign the documents in a timely, accurate, objective and fair manner, especially the information about the engineering quantity. This requires supervisors to master the first-hand data in the construction process-engineering quantity. Only in this way can we ensure the accuracy of engineering measurement, control the investment to achieve the expected effect, and safeguard the interests of the construction unit and the legitimate economic interests of the contractor.

3. Don't sign it rashly, and don't entrust others to sign it easily.

Second, the actual effect.

Doing a good job of coordination with the owner is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation of supervision work.

Because the supervision system of landscape engineering construction has not been fully implemented for a long time, the owners know little about the supervision system and procedures. Some owners implement supervision because of the rigid regulations of the construction department, but they do not actually authorize the supervision party, which leads to the passive supervision work.

In view of this situation, as a supervisor, it is necessary to enhance the owner's understanding and support for the supervision work through their own efforts. First of all, the supervision engineer should understand the overall goal of the project and the real intention of the owner. Due to the imperfect supervision system, the supervisor only participates in the supervision of the construction stage at present, but can't participate in the decision-making process of the project, which leads to the failure of the whole project management to achieve the expected goal. Therefore, the supervision engineer must communicate with the owner in time before the start of construction, understand the owner's intention to the project, and lay the foundation for the future supervision work.

Seriously carry out work, especially on-site supervision in some concealed works, report to the owner in time when problems are found, and do more reports so that the owner can fully understand the construction situation of the whole project in time; In addition, as a professional supervision engineer, we should try our best to give some beneficial, reasonable, practical and easy-to-implement suggestions to the owner during the construction process. For example, during the supervision of Ducheng Eco-village project, our supervisors questioned the plant configuration in the design drawings.

Due to the special geographical environment of Ducheng Ecological Village, the ecological village is adjacent to Hangzhou Iron and Steel Plant in the east and Banshan Power Plant in the west, with extremely serious pollution. Cedar, Metasequoia and other plants have poor resistance to toxic gases such as SO2 and CO2, and can't play a big role in improving the environment. Therefore, we suggest using seedlings such as Ailanthus altissima, Magnolia grandiflora, Ginkgo biloba, Sabina vulgaris and Italian poplar to improve local microclimate and reduce air pollution without affecting the overall landscape. More importantly, this move has been recognized and supported by the owner, which has made the owner have a new understanding of the role of supervision in engineering construction and played a positive role in the smooth development of supervision work.

Third, the practice summary or experience

Only by constantly improving the level of supervision service, deepening the connotation of supervision service, ensuring the quality of engineering construction and controlling the engineering cost reasonably can the garden supervision work be carried out smoothly and the healthy development of garden cause be promoted.

The internship report of xx Landscaping Co., Ltd. learned from an alumnus that he wanted to recruit interns. After submitting my resume, 15 received a phone call from xx manager to inform me of the interview. A little happiness, a little peace.

I came to xx's garden company as promised, and the manager of xx received me for an interview in the conference room on 16 floor.

Manager xx asked me about my basic situation and I answered them one by one. Then manager Ouyang made some suggestions on my resume, and then asked me about my plans after entering the company, and I also answered them one by one. Some questions were not answered very well, and Manager xx pointed them out to me one by one.

It is true that my self-confidence has been greatly hit, but when manager xx talked to me about the treatment, I knew it was a game. 19 went back to work in the company, and the internship period was one month!

Today, xx, xx, xxxx. It's my first time to work in xx Garden. A little nervous, a little calm, thinking about what today's work will be. When I got to xx Garden, the manager of xx had not come back. So I went to the personnel department on 17 floor to report. After preparing the information, the director of personnel asked me to learn the information about the company on the computer in the study area, and personally helped me adjust the information and gave me the employee training form. After thanking him, I began to browse myself. I think all the computers in this study area will accompany me in the next month.

In the afternoon, Manager xx arranged for Director xx and me to go to Nansha. We came to the scene of xxx Yujing, where we maintained indoor and outdoor plants. Li Shu said that what needs to be solved today is the water problem of the scenic spots outside the model houses, and the indoor plants should be replaced at the request of Party A. So under the leadership of Li Shu, I gradually became familiar with the arrangement and types of plants in several model houses, and gradually began to know the Brazilian iron, the emerald tree, the five-pole rich tree and so on in Jin Xin. Uncle Li also asked me to find out why I put this plant in this position and what is the purpose of putting this plant. For example, there are several scattered sunflowers near the window, which are luxuriant in branches and leaves and have a large crown, which can effectively block the construction outside the window and prevent customers visiting the model building from seeing it.

There is also a god of wealth tree in the office, which is related to Feng Shui. So don't just look at a plant here, in fact, it involves many aspects of thinking, such as Feng Shui, conservation, Party A's requirements and so on. Li Shu said that if you want to do a good job in this field, you must learn a lot of knowledge to do it well. After listening to what Li Shu taught me, I realized that it was not easy, but I believe I can do it.

As for the water problem, Li Shu solved it by looking for the person in charge of water and electricity. Communicating with the person in charge is also an important course!

Today is the first day in xx company.

Today, when I returned to the construction site, I saw workers working on the construction site, large hook machines and yellow, white and red helmets. Everything is so familiar.

Come to the company in the morning and go straight to the computer in the study room of xx building. Li Shu arranged to visit the new area today. I believe I should be in the study area before I leave. The company has taken many videos, and I can learn about the corporate culture of the company by watching the videos.

I left around xx, and today another person came, only to find out later that it was the vice president. There seems to be something else. Sure enough, we will go to the site with Party A, the project manager and the person in charge of greening construction for handover. It turns out that we have to take over maintenance. Several people in our group went to places that needed our company's maintenance. Party A requires the person in charge of greening construction to rearrange the pavement and let our company take over the turf and bag seedlings in several places.

Also, Party A asked to prune some plants, and xx always agreed. This is our job. When I arrived at the balcony garden on the third floor of the community, xx always asked the location of the green water, whether the water pressure was big enough, and so on. I learned another lesson.

The one-month internship ended quietly in a blink of an eye. I learned a lot by working in xx Garden Company! Through production practice, I learned and understood the knowledge of flower cultivation and conservation management, cultivated my own work style of integrating theory with practice, and laid a solid foundation for the study of subsequent professional courses, curriculum design and graduation design. Through production practice, students' knowledge is broadened, their perceptual knowledge is increased, and their knowledge is organized and systematic. They can learn professional knowledge that books can't learn, get the latest information about the development of science and technology in their major, stimulate students' enthusiasm for practical study and exploration, and lay a solid foundation for future study and technical work.

This is the first time I officially joined the society, set foot on my job and started a completely different life from the past. Go to work at the specified time every day, and finish the work tasks on time during work seriously, and don't be hasty and perfunctory. This internship made me realize the charm of "landscape design" and made me more aware of the importance of theoretical knowledge learning? It also greatly stimulated my interest in learning. My company is xx Company. From the day I entered the company as an intern, I felt that the teaching in the company and the school was completely different. Under the exercise of various large and small projects, my computer has a lot of useful reference materials, including schemes, construction drawings and renderings, but more importantly, I have accumulated a lot of experience, which is very valuable wealth. Whether I will change careers or not, these are precious memories in my life.

My professional direction is landscape design, and my job responsibility is to independently complete the planning and design of small-scale landscape planning and design projects, and assist designers to complete the preliminary design and construction drawing design of large and medium-sized landscape planning and design projects. This requires me to use my professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills to independently and standardly complete all drawings, text descriptions and text production from the scheme design of garden planning and design projects to the construction drawing design, and correctly express the design intention. Can assist the designers of internship units to complete the data collection and analysis of large and medium-sized garden planning and design projects, and help complete the preliminary design, construction drawing design and text production. This is the goal of my internship and I hope it can be realized after graduation.

I have learned a lot in this half-year internship. Whether I am a person or doing things, I have broadened my horizons, increased my knowledge and realized the cruelty of social competition. More importantly, I hope to accumulate all kinds of experience in my work and prepare for my future road. You can draw until 2 pm during the busiest time and continue to play the next day. You can do nothing for a few days when you are free. Besides, I also have many shortcomings. For example: lack of practical experience, lack of mastery of relevant industry standards, etc.

Therefore, I often remind myself that I must not be afraid of hardship and fatigue, and strengthen practice while mastering solid theoretical knowledge, so as to integrate theory with practice. My boss also told me that the internet speed is slow before. I went back and thought about it, and found that it was my attitude. I didn't realize the urgency of time, which delayed many things, but the design was not up to us. Everything should be done before it is too late. Now, I won't delay any longer. My foundation is not good, but I believe diligence can make up for it. After a period of time, my professional knowledge will not be worse than others.

In this era of information explosion, knowledge is updated too quickly, and it is definitely not possible to rely on the original knowledge. Be sure to work hard, ponder slowly, keep learning and accumulate. When you encounter something you don't understand, you should try your best to solve it yourself. If not, you can humbly ask others. People who have no self-study ability will be eliminated by enterprises and society sooner or later. Internship is the beginning and the end. What is displayed in front of you is a fertile ground for you to gallop, and you also clearly feel the heavy responsibility.
