What do journalists need?

First, be healthy, energetic and hard-working;

Second, good moral character: decent and honest, psychologically healthy, with a sense of conscience and justice, and a positive attitude towards life;

Fourth, we should have rich knowledge;

Sixth, we must have a high ability to dig and write news;

Seventh, be good at communicating with others and have good team spirit.

Eighth, we must have a higher theoretical level and policy level;

Ninth, we should love journalism and have the dedication to this profession.
