The minimum wage standard refers to the most basic wage guarantee mechanism stipulated by the government.

According to the spirit of the Notice of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang [202 1] No.22) and the actual situation in Hangzhou, it is decided to adjust the monthly minimum wage standard in urban areas to 2280 yuan and the minimum wage standard for part-time working hours to 22 yuan from August 20021year. The scope of application of the minimum wage standard is enterprises, private non-enterprise units, individual industrial and commercial households with employees and laborers who have formed labor relations with them, as well as state organs, institutions, social organizations and laborers who have established labor contract relations with them. Under the condition that the laborer provides normal labor, the wages paid by the employer to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.

The minimum wage standard does not include: wages for extended working hours; Allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Welfare treatment of employees stipulated by laws, regulations and the state. The contents not included above shall be paid separately by the Employer.

The minimum wage in Hangzhou is divided into four grades: 20 10 yuan, 1800 yuan, 1660 yuan and 1500 yuan.
