Jiangmen Disabled Persons' Federation Rehabilitation Hospital is a subordinate institution of Jiangmen Disabled Persons' Federation and a non-profit medical institution approved by the Health Department.

Anyone with visual, hearing, speech, physical, intellectual, mental and multiple disabilities who meet the disability standards can apply for a disability certificate.

Applicants who apply for a disabled person's card for the first time need to hold the applicant's resident identity card, household registration book and three recent two-inch bareheaded photos with a white background, submit an application for identification to the county-level disabled persons' Federation where the household registration is located, and truthfully fill in the application form and evaluation form.
