Does the company need to file with the public security organ when recruiting security guards by itself?

According to the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, the State Council Decree No.564th)

Article 14 Units that employ security guards by themselves shall, within 30 days from the date of starting security services, file with the public security organ of the local municipal people's government, and the following materials shall be provided for the record:

(1) legal person qualification certificate;

(2) Basic information of legal representative (principal), principal and safety officer;

(three) the basic situation of the security service area;

(4) Establish security service management system, post responsibility system and security management system.

Where a unit that employs security guards by itself no longer employs security guards to provide security services, it shall go through the formalities of filing and cancellation with the public security organ within 30 days from the date of stopping security services.

Working conditions:

Organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and realty service enterprises shall meet the following conditions when hiring security guards to engage in security work such as guarding, patrolling and guarding in their own units and to carry out services such as guarding, patrolling and maintaining order in the realty management area:

2. A security guard with a security guard certificate issued by the public security organ;

3. Have a sound security service management system, post responsibility system and security management system.

The following materials shall be submitted when the unit that recruits security guards by itself puts on record:

1. Fill in the Individual Security Registration Form;

2, the unit legal person qualification certificate;

3, the legal representative (person in charge), in charge of the person in charge and the basic situation of the security guard;

4, the basic situation of security service area;

5. Establish security service management system, post responsibility system and security management system;

6, security guards on-the-job training in law, safety professional knowledge and skills.
