Introduction to Mobike: Mobike adopts a heavy-duty model designed and produced by itself. In order to reduce maintenance, Mobike bicycles do not even have chains. Users use the APP to find nearby vehicles, scan the code to open the electronic lock, and there is no need to return them to the designated bike pile. Mobike requires users to park their vehicles within the white lines where parking is allowed, and parking in the community is strictly prohibited. The Mobike team will be responsible for recycling the vehicle. In addition, Mobike has built its own credit evaluation system to regulate user behavior. Cost comparison: Difficulty making ends meet In terms of cost, OFO uses a light model of ordinary bicycles + mechanical locks, and the cost is relatively low. Although some of the bicycles come from campus "zombie bikes" and alumni ***, only 10% of the bicycles are used. 10% ratio, most of them are still self-operated bicycles, and the cost of a bicycle is about 270 yuan; however, the cost of Mobike bicycles is relatively high. In the early days, the cost of designing and producing a Mobike bicycle was as high as 6,000 yuan. Now the cost has gradually increased. Reduced, but still as high as about 3,000 yuan per car. In terms of cost recovery, because OFO is on campus, students use it very much. The average usage of each vehicle per day is 10, and the unit price per customer is 0.3 yuan. The cost can be recovered in about 3 months; in Hangzhou, which has relatively developed public bicycles, Look, the average daily usage of bicycles is stable at 4-5 times. Due to the short time it takes for Mobike to go online, the daily income of a Mobike bike is 3 yuan, based on an average of 3 times a day and no more than half an hour each time. If you want to recover the cost of 3,000 yuan, without changing the charging rules In this case, it will take at least 33 months. For any project to become a business, it must first be established as a business, which requires profits to be greater than costs. In terms of profit, OFO charges 1 cent per minute and no deposit; Mobike charges 1 yuan per half hour and requires a deposit of 299 yuan. Note: Mobike and ofo each have their own advantages. Personally, I prefer ofo***'s bicycle. The bike is lighter and the riding is less strenuous and more relaxed.

Of course, the above are relatively easy to improve. It depends on the designer’s decision-making. Mobike is also adjusting and updating to reduce costs, and ofo is also designing safer and more durable models.

Actually, as a student, I would choose ofo because it is very economical, students are not required to pay a deposit, and the fees are low.
