(5) On-the-job personnel who meet the registration requirements shall register in the place where their work units are located according to the principle of territoriality; Students who meet the registration requirements shall register at the registration place; Other personnel who meet the registration conditions shall register at their domicile or residence.

Residents of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province who meet the registration requirements shall register in the Mainland according to the principle of convenience nearby.
