In order to ensure the smooth completion of recruitment, this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "recruitment regulation") is formulated. The recruitment of special police officers by public security organs shall be stipulated separately by Zunyi Public Security Bureau and Bijie Public Security Bureau in 2008 (Annex 5).

I. Working procedures

The recruitment work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of compiling recruitment plan, issuing recruitment announcement, registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical fitness test (limited to people's police positions), physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment approval.

Third, candidates and conditions for entering the exam

(A) the object of recruitment

1. College graduates with household registration in this province or students in this province or above should be previous graduates (fresh graduates do not include Wei Peisheng).

2. Full-time undergraduate and above 2008 graduates from other provinces (excluding entrusted students).

(2) Application conditions

3. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally, and meet the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (Trial). Four, registration, qualification examination and bonus policy

(1) Registration

3. Registration requirements: According to the published recruitment conditions and requirements, applicants must hold graduation certificate, degree certificate (full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2008 hold the Employment Recommendation Form), original and photocopy of valid resident ID card (or household registration certificate with my photo issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located), and on-the-job personnel must also hold the certificate that their unit agrees to apply for the exam (primary and secondary school teachers must hold the certificate from the education administrative department at or above the county level).

(2) Qualification examination

Bonus policy

In this recruitment, candidates who meet the following conditions will be given 5 points in the total score of the written test (the score will be added first and then converted into a percentage system, and those who meet the conditions of two points or above will not be added cumulatively). 4. The total score of written test is 300 points, which will be converted according to the percentage system, and then included in the total score of candidates according to the proportion stipulated in this brochure.

6. Interview and physical fitness test

(1) Interview

After the written test, the provincial admissions office will draw the minimum score line for the interview according to the candidates' written test results. If the candidate enters the lowest score line of the interview, the interviewer will be determined according to the number of recruits in each recruitment position according to the ratio of 1: 3 written test scores from high to low. If the number of applicants for this position is less than 1: 3, online candidates can enter the interview, but the interview results must reach the average interview results of all candidates in the Japanese examination room before they can enter the medical examination according to the prescribed proportion. Candidates in the same position who tied for the last place in the written test were interviewed at the same time. The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system.

(2) Physical fitness test (people's police post)

People who enter the people's police job interview will be tested for physical fitness.

The test items are: men and women10m× 4 running back, men and women standing long jump, men1000m running, women's 800m running, men's pull-ups and women's sit-ups. Physical Fitness Test The physical fitness test results are evaluated according to the Implementation Measures and Scoring Standards of Physical Fitness Test of Guizhou Provincial People's Police (Annex 5). Physical fitness test scores are calculated according to the percentage system. All physical fitness tests are conducted on the spot, and candidates' applications for re-examination afterwards will not be accepted. In the physical fitness test, candidates who have objections to their own or others' physical fitness test results or need to report matters should submit them to the discipline inspection and supervision personnel present during the test of this project on the spot. Candidates' applications for raising objections or reporting problems afterwards will not be accepted.

Candidates who have not participated in the interview or physical fitness test are deemed to have given up automatically and are disqualified from the examination.

Candidates who apply for the position of people's police shall calculate the total score according to the ratio of 50% written test, 40% interview and physical fitness test 10%. Candidates who apply for other civil servants have a total score of 60% in written test and 40% in interview. The scores of written test, interview, physical fitness test and total score are rounded to two decimal places.

Interviews and physical fitness tests are organized and implemented by provincial, municipal (state, prefecture) recruitment offices. Specific measures, time and place will be notified separately.

Seven, physical examination

Except for the position of people's police, the personnel who take part in physical examination in other positions shall be determined according to the proportion of the number of people to be employed in this position from high to low:1:1; Those who fail the physical examination will be given supplementary physical examination according to the total score from high to low.

The people's police officers who take part in the physical examination shall be conducted according to the ratio of 1: 2 of the number of people who plan to be employed in the position from high to low according to the total scores of candidates; If the position is vacant due to the unqualified physical examination of the medical examiner, the medical examination procedure will be entered from high score to low score according to the total score of the interviewer. If the number of qualified people in the medical examination fails to reach the number of recruitment plans, they will not be sent to participate in the medical examination.

If the total score of candidates in the same position is tied for the bottom, candidates with high written test scores will be listed as physical examination objects.

The physical examination of civil servants shall refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (for Trial Implementation). Candidates who apply for the position of the people's police shall be implemented in accordance with the "Physical Examination Items and Standards for the Employment of the People's Police by Public Security Organs".

The results of height, vision, weight and blood pressure examination shall be signed and confirmed by the on-site discipline inspection and supervision personnel, physical examination doctors and candidates themselves; Candidates who request a review of the above four items shall apply for a review on the spot and conduct a review on the spot. After the physical examination, the candidates' application for reexamination will not be accepted (except for the reexamination conducted by the provincial and municipal civil servant recruitment offices according to their duties and powers), and the reexamination results will be confirmed on the spot by the on-site discipline inspection and supervision personnel, the physical examination doctor and the candidates themselves. If the candidate refuses to sign in the above circumstances, the on-site discipline inspection and supervision personnel and the evaluation doctor shall indicate the situation and regard it as the examination and evaluation result recognized by the candidate.

The physical examination is conducted in the hospital designated by the provincial, municipal (state, prefecture) conscription office. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Eight. survey

For those who pass the physical examination, according to the total score of the examination, from high score to low score, according to the number of recruits planned for each recruitment position, the objects to be investigated are determined in equal amounts.

The inspection work is uniformly deployed by the provincial, municipal (state, prefecture) civil servant recruitment office, and the recruitment unit is responsible for the implementation. The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether they need to be avoided. During the inspection, it is also necessary to strictly review the qualifications for the examination, mainly to verify whether the applicants meet the prescribed qualifications for the examination and to confirm whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate. An investigation team shall be formed, consisting of more than two people. The investigation team shall listen to opinions extensively, be comprehensive, objective and fair, and truthfully write investigation materials.

If any of the following circumstances is found during the inspection, it shall be deemed as unqualified, and the recruiting unit shall report it to the civil service recruitment office at the same level for examination and approval, and cancel the qualification to be hired:

Nine. Publicity and employment approval

The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, nationality, admission ticket number, ID number, education background, graduation school, major, applicants and post. Candidates who violate the employment discipline shall be criticized and educated according to the seriousness of the case, and their qualifications for examination, inspection and physical examination shall be cancelled, and they shall not be employed or their qualifications for employment shall be cancelled. Among them, those who commit fraud and other serious violations of employment discipline are not allowed to apply for civil servants within five years.
