Can you find out the untrustworthy person by moving the account?
The time limit for being included in the list of people who have lost their trust is usually two years. However, according to Article 2 of the Supreme People's Court's Several Provisions on Publishing Information on the List of People who have lost their trust, the person who has been executed obstructs or resists execution by violence or threat, and if the circumstances are serious, it can be extended for one to three years. The people's court may rule that the untrustworthy information should be deleted first if the untrustworthy person actively performs the obligations specified in the effective legal documents and actively corrects the untrustworthy behavior.
The person subject to breach of trust can remove the list of the person subject to breach of trust in the following ways, and the court will remove the relevant information of the person subject to breach of trust from the list of the person subject to breach of trust according to law:
1. All obligations stipulated in the effective legal documents have been fulfilled;
2. The parties have reached an execution settlement agreement, which has been fulfilled;
3. The application executor applies in writing to delete the untrustworthy information, which is examined and approved by the people's court.
Legal basis:
