(I) Responsibilities and Rights of Party A
1. Check Party B's forest protection regularly or irregularly. The main contents of the inspection are:

(2) Cutting wood, grazing and releasing silkworms in newly forested undeveloped forest land, young forest land, special-purpose forest land and closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation;
(3) peeling live bark and digging live roots;
(four) into the forest to collect seeds, herbs and mountain products wild fruit; Entering the forest area without approval to collect and purchase branches, leaves and precious forest seeds for profit;

(eight) in the forest fire prevention period without approval in the forest field with fire;

2. Handle the cases provided by Party B in a timely manner according to legal procedures and relevant regulations.
3. Party A is responsible for the assessment of Party B. If Party B fails to perform the contract and causes the following consequences, Party A may terminate the employment of Party B.?
(1) Loss of forest resources in this area of responsibility due to dereliction of duty and failure to perform management duties;
(two) do not stop and report illegal logging and deforestation, resulting in the loss of forest resources;
(three) without the consent of the unit or individual, unauthorized entry into the forest area to build, graze and bury new graves, or failure to stop or report, resulting in the destruction of forest land;
(four) do not report and take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of forest fires in this area of responsibility, resulting in forest fires;
(five) abuse of power for personal gain, stealing the column, practicing fraud, resulting in the loss of forest resources;
(6) Party A violates or fails to perform this contract and refuses to correct it after being warned;
(7) during the performance of the agreement, there are violations of law and discipline.
(II) Responsibilities and Rights of Party B
