The first electronics factory I entered was a mobile phone manufacturer. As I just graduated and have no work experience, I have to start from the general work. The specific job is to sit by the assembly line every day to assemble mobile phones. An assembly line is divided into more than 20 stations. Normal working hours are 8 hours a day, and overtime is required after 8 hours. Specific working schedule: go to the workshop for a meeting at 7: 45 in the morning, that is, the team leader (also called the line leader) will say what kind of machines to make that day, what to pay attention to (most of them say that they should do their jobs well), and finally come up with a slogan and so on; 8: Open the line on time and don't talk during working hours; 10: 00, rest 10 minutes (rest time is not included in salary), 10: 10 starts again, 12: 00 ends, and the meal time is 40 minutes (no salary during this period); Go to work in the afternoon 12: 40, 15: 00 can rest 10 minutes (also no salary); Working hours are 15: 10 to 17: 00. If there are many orders, you need to work overtime (basically every day), eat from 17: 00 to 17: 30, and work overtime from 17: 30 to 20: 00, which is 2.5 hours. Sometimes if the express mail is urgent, it needs to be added to 10 or even 1 1. This is a working schedule for most electronics factories. Generally, there are two shifts in electronic factories, day shift and night shift. From 8: 00 a.m. to 8: 00 p.m. is a day shift, and from 8: 00 p.m. to 8: 00 a.m., so at the end of the day, the factory will give you 10 hours of work, and some factories will give you 10 hours, which is because of the long eating time. In other words, you work 8 hours normally and work 2 hours overtime. Overtime 65438+ 0.5 times the normal salary. This is the work from Monday to Friday. Wage algorithm, don't believe that the minimum wage in the factory is 1000 yuan (now it is 1 140 yuan in Suzhou), this is a word game played by the factory. Wages in factories are divided into basic salary+attendance reward+post allowance = minimum wage, and some factories have to count the living allowance to 1 140. One of the rewards of attendance is that you can't take a day off. Please deduct a part for one day, and it will be gone in three days. Moreover, the algorithm of overtime pay is to calculate the daily wage1140/21.75 = 52.41,which is a normal working day for one month. Then calculate an hour's salary, which is 52.4 1/8=6.55, so you can work out your overtime pay, which is 6.55* 1.5=9.82, and if it is twice as much, it is 6.55*2= 13. 1. Under normal circumstances, the total overtime hours in a month is about 80 to 120 hours. I work as a technician in No.2 Electronics Factory, and my work is relatively free, but my working hours are still the same. I work as an engineer in the third electronics factory, and my salary has also increased, but my personal relationship has not changed.
