From the victory of the Anti-Japanese War to the early days of liberation, a large number of kitchen knives "Double Stone Brand", "555" and "Oriental Red Card" produced in Guangzhou flowed into Yangjiang one after another, most of which were used by residents, but restaurants still loved Ho's kitchen knives. 1954, Yangjiang County established a manual cooperative production society, and He joined the society and merged into the kitchen knife group. However, what really made Yangjiang knives famous was the knives developed by Liang Jifu, a famous old knife maker in Yangjiang. They quickly occupied the market with the characteristics of good shape, diverse styles, sharp, not easy to rust and curl, durable and easy to use. This has set off imitation fever in Yangjiang, promoted the rapid development of Yangjiang knife-making industry, and formed a competitive environment to continuously improve the quality of Yangjiang knives. As a result, Yangjiang Dao gradually regained its former "rivers and mountains" and became famous all over the world.
1955, yangjiang county established four knife production cooperatives, and in 58, the four production cooperatives merged into a local state-owned knife factory. Since then, Yangjiang tool has embarked on the development road of planned production. Because kitchen knives have higher requirements for steel or the quenching process is difficult, it is difficult to mass produce. In 1960s, Yangjiang Local State-owned Knife Factory was renamed as "Local State-owned Jifu Knife Factory". It can be seen that Liang Jifu's fine knife-making skills had a far-reaching influence at that time. Liang Jifu, an old knife maker, died in 196 1.
Yangjiang local state-owned tool factory has developed and expanded after years. With the deepening of China's reform, private knife and scissors enterprises in Yangjiang have developed rapidly, and the pattern of state-owned collective enterprises such as Yangjiang local state-owned knife and scissors factory has been broken. After 83 years of self-reliance, after more than 10 years of unremitting efforts and struggle, Yangjiang, which now represents the fine knife-making art in Yangjiang, has finally been established. Because its knife-making technology and material selection are at the leading level in China, its products have won many titles of national, provincial, municipal, excellent and new products 100. Products such as "Feiqiu Brand" and "Shibazi Block", which have become well-known brands in China and dare to compete with foreign knives, once competed with Japanese famous knives in Guangdong Guest House, causing a sensation, and even domestic traditional brands such as Zhang Xiaoquan in Hangzhou and Wang Mazi in Beijing gave thumbs up: Eighteen sons, great! Eighteen sons became the "first brother" of kitchen knives in China, and were recommended by the state to set up "China Kitchen Knife Center". He Chuankuan, an old factory director who has worked in Yangjiang State-owned Knife Factory for 30 years in recent years, is a wonderful work in Yangjiang. Now he is helping his apprentice to fulfill his unpaid ambition in the "Eighteen Sons" company and give full play to the waste heat for the "Eighteen Sons".
