Simulation training experience 1 After several days of simulation practice, we practiced the start-up simulation of centrifugal pump, heat exchanger, rectification tower, atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of petroleum and boiler. (1) Be familiar with the process flow, operating equipment, control system and driving rules before the simulation operation.

In the boiler heating device. The boiler body consists of economizer, upper drum, convection tube bundle, lower drum, downcomer, water wall, superheater, surface desuperheater and header. There are four groups of economizer, the main function of which is to preheat boiler feed water, reduce exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency. The upper drum is composed of shutters, cyclone separator and water level gauge. Its main function is to separate steam from water and connect the heating surfaces to form a normal cycle. The main function of the water wall is to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace. Superheater is divided into low temperature section and high temperature section, and its main function is to change saturated steam into superheated steam. The main function of surface desuperheater is to adjust the temperature of superheated steam.

Therefore, the order between the operation steps is very important and cannot be changed at will.

In the boiler unit, it is necessary to start the water supply device first, then make preparations for the boiler ignition, then heat the boiler with high-pressure gas, then merge the gas with the boiler, then gradually increase the boiler load, and finally introduce flue gas to make the boiler run normally.

(3) the operation should not be ups and downs.

In large-scale chemical plants, there is a large inertia lag characteristic regardless of the changes of pressure, material level, flow rate or temperature. If we greatly adjust the valve when the regulated variable deviates from the expected value, because of inertia and lag, we can't see the change for a while, so we can't see the change for a while. But after a certain period of time, the regulated variable exceeds the expected value, and we are also eager to pull it back, which leads to repeated shocks of the controlled variable and is difficult to stabilize.

For example, in the water injection of deaerator of boiler unit, because the rise of liquid level is greatly delayed, it is difficult to stabilize the liquid level of LIC-02 at 400mm if the valve is opened too wide.

(4) Start from the low load, reach the normal working condition, and then slowly increase the load.

It is a basic safety rule to start with low load and then gradually increase the load, whether it is for dynamic equipment or static equipment, whether it is for a single device or the whole process.

For example, for a boiler unit, the water quantity is controlled at 10t/h first, then reaches 15t/h after gas mixing, and finally reaches 65t/h, thus gradually increasing the production load, which can not only effectively exert the maximum safe production load of equipment, but also realize safe start-up, and prevent accidents, equipment damage and heavy losses during start-up.

In a specific unit, the total amount of incoming and outgoing materials is dynamically balanced, and so is energy. Therefore, through this balance, we can indirectly judge the running state of the equipment, reasonably adjust the start-up steps and grasp the start-up opportunity of each link. For example, in the boiler simulation unit, because the liquid level of the boiler has been adjusted to be automatic, the evaporation water quantity and inflow water quantity of the boiler reach a dynamic balance. In the process of boiler boosting, we can judge the amount of steam produced by judging the water inflow, so as to reasonably grasp the opportunity of gas merging.

Experience of simulation training 3 After two weeks of simulation training, we practiced the simulation of centrifugal pump, heat exchanger, liquid level control, cold start of distillation column, normal shutdown and corresponding accident treatment. When I first came into contact with chemical simulation software, I felt very confused and curious. In the later internship process, I first carefully read the specific process of internship in the textbook and basically understood the operation process.

Especially in the practice of complex chemical processes, such as distillation column units, I think we should:

(1) Read the corresponding process operation in the textbook carefully and understand each step, because the familiarity of the process is very important in the operation. (3) Be patient with the operation after driving, and don't rush for success. Only by meeting the process requirements of each step can the next operation be carried out, otherwise it may cause irreparable quality errors. Therefore, in the face of a technological process, it is necessary to understand what the function of this technological process is, what purpose it is to achieve, how to feed each link in the process, what the operating conditions are and what the requirements are. I was assigned to an accounting firm in the modern service area to play the role of accountant in the business department. Our accounting firm is called Hongde Certified Public Accountants.

Being a salesman in an accounting firm for the first time, I am not very familiar with the roles and responsibilities. I read the relevant information provided by the teacher and the job description issued by the chief accountant, and understand that the accountant in the business department has the responsibility and authority to manage the unit and implement accounting supervision. We Hongde Certified Public Accountants started to register, register tax, open a bank account, and formulate the working system and annual work plan of the accounting firm, during which we encountered many problems. We tried to solve the problems one by one by consulting network materials and discussing with other students, and also learned a lot of knowledge and gained rich practical experience. When dealing with daily business, the relevant customer manufacturing company needs loans. In the process of verifying the authenticity of capital, we have a deeper understanding with relevant client companies, which is convenient for conducting audit business and issuing capital verification reports in the future. The experience of simulation training The five and a half semesters of on-campus chemical simulation experiments are over, and the experimental mood during this period is complicated. The main content is to select chemical unit operation and typical industrial production equipment, such as centrifugal pump, heat exchanger, compression, absorption, rectification, batch reaction, continuous reaction, heating furnace, catalytic cracking unit in petrochemical industry, atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and conversion unit in synthetic ammonia. Computers are used to simulate operations.

During the experiment, students can have a detailed understanding of the process flow of the device, the range of process parameters under normal working conditions, the principle of the control system, the functions of valves and operating points, and the start-up procedures, and master the ability of starting, stopping, running and eliminating accidents in typical chemical production processes.

Here I give some specific experimental examples to illustrate the content of our research:

"Rectification" and "absorption" are two unit operations of mixture separation in chemical industry, which occupy an important position in chemical industry. These two parts of the theory are abstract, and only students are taught the corresponding theoretical knowledge in class, which students find difficult to understand; Because there is no physical reference, the teacher also feels a little passive when teaching this part. Therefore, it is particularly necessary for students to carry out corresponding practical classes while studying these two parts.

Through the simulation experiment, after learning the theoretical knowledge of "distillation" and "absorption", the students went to the laboratory to actually operate the sieve plate distillation tower and packed absorption tower. The process of "rectification" and "absorption" in the laboratory is small and concise, which is convenient for students to observe the reaction of substances. In practice, students can not only solve the problems left over from class, but also apply the theoretical knowledge in textbooks to practical operation while operating, observing, thinking and discussing. On the one hand, it improves students' interest in learning and stimulates their enthusiasm for learning; On the one hand, it adds a lot to teaching.

The experimental class plays an important role in our understanding of the two chapters of distillation and absorption. Before the experiment, I heard the "tower" in the class, which was very abstract. It is difficult to imagine the separation process of each component after gas-liquid two-phase contact in the tower. After the experiment, they felt that these two parts were not so difficult.

During the experiment, we should pay attention to the following questions:

5. It is forbidden to operate any foreign floppy disk, CD, removable disk, etc. On the simulator;

The simulation experiment of half a semester simulated the operation flow of many chemical processes.
