The third is to innovate in funding guarantee. Guided by the government, according to the functions, relevant evaluation and classification standards, the level of funds for individual mass cultural activities and the population situation of villages and towns, the county (district)-level financial guarantee standards for the funds of township comprehensive cultural stations are formulated, and the county-level cultural departments will reach the township cultural stations according to the assessment results. Explore the establishment of a diversified investment system for public culture, push some cultural service projects or spare time and space to the market, form a pattern of "supporting literature with literature" and "supplementing literature with literature", and encourage and support enterprises and individuals to provide targeted funding for township cultural undertakings with tax relief, honor recognition and other policy environments.
