First of all, it is normal that the length of belt material in slitting machine and slitting machine pits is different. The main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:

1. Uneven thickness of raw materials. A thick strip needs more force at the winding position, which leads to a larger winding outer diameter. Under the same angular velocity, the faster the winding speed, the less material remains in the pit. However, the strip with relatively thin thickness has a relatively small winding outer diameter and a relatively small winding linear speed. In this way, the length of the strip in the pit is different.

2. The tension of the tension mechanism is uneven, and the tension of the tension mechanism determines the tightness of winding. A strip with high tension has a smaller outer diameter, and vice versa. The winding speed of the coil with large winding outer diameter is higher.
