Does coal sales need qualification?

In the future, enterprises only need to obtain five kinds of qualification certificates such as mining license, safety production license, business license, mine manager qualification certificate and mine manager safety qualification certificate to carry out production. The cancellation of the "Coal Business License" makes it unnecessary for enterprises engaged in coal sales to pay agency fees and affiliated fees to licensed enterprises because they cannot do this license, which is conducive to market competition and reduces the cost of sales links.

3. Do coke enterprises need a coal business license?

Generally, only selling coal does not require a large number of certificates, only the following three are needed.

1 coal business license: the coal business qualification examination department designated by the people's government is responsible for the supervision and management of coal business within its administrative area.

Industrial and commercial business license: Obtain the application form for establishment registration, the register of shareholders (promoters), the registration form of directors, managers, supervisors, legal representatives and the registration form of designated representatives or entrusted agents, and submit them to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau together with the notice of name approval, the articles of association, the lease contract, a copy of the real estate license and the capital verification report. You can get the license in about three working days.

Safe business certificate: the fire department will review the safety standards of the place where you sell coal, and the office staff will test the safety factor of the rented site, such as fire hazards, before normal business can be carried out.

Tenth coal mining enterprises that have obtained the coal production license to sell the coal products produced and processed by their own enterprises shall not implement the qualification examination of coal business.

A coal mining enterprise that has obtained a coal production license shall apply to the coal business qualification examination department for obtaining a coal business qualification if it deals in coal products that are not produced or processed by the enterprise.

Article 11 After receiving the application materials submitted by the applicant, the coal business qualification examination department shall inform the applicant of all the contents that need to be corrected within five working days. If it is not submitted within the time limit, it will be accepted as of the date of receipt of the application materials.
