Li Yongsheng (Li Yongsheng), born in Daqing, Heilongjiang, 1975, has been engaged in business for 22 years. Research and Application of Enterprise Management Mode

"All employees operate the 4.0 system". The design purpose of this system is to make the organization harmonious and everyone in the organization become a part of the same interest group. Its core appeal is to reduce internal friction and improve efficiency. The basic idea of this system is to establish a bonus pool, so that people under the bonus pool can be related to each other. One person's performance directly affects other individuals and organizations, and their respective floating ratios are calculated through mathematical models, so as to achieve mutual benefit within the organization. Produce all employees * * * to do one thing well * * *. The art of management is to coordinate human nature and individuals within the organization. From the perspective of human nature, only responsible for interests and personal creation. Therefore, the whole employee distribution system has essentially realized "creative redistribution". In order to avoid eating the same pot of rice under a bonus pool, employees in each organization should be allocated according to the contribution ratio of their posts or personal performance, so as to create deeper fairness and effectiveness by multi-level floating.

Research and application of perceptual teaching mode

In the teaching practice of nearly ten years, we have deepened and experimented repeatedly, and explored a set of perceptual teaching mode suitable for all ages and people. This model is characterized by emotion. Under normal circumstances, the learned knowledge can form short-term memory, but it is difficult to play a role in life in the long run. All the information that forms long-term memory has to go through a comprehensive process. The characteristic of my teaching is to achieve this mastery through self-perception, and to accomplish it naturally without knowing it. Once people have a sense of new knowledge and information, the application of critical moments will naturally appear.
