The school has staff 17 1 person, full-time teachers 135 people, 98 people with bachelor degree or above, including 9 masters, special teachers 1 person, senior teachers 15 people, 39 intermediate teachers and national backbone teachers/kloc-.

The school has formed a friendly cooperative school with Baotou Steel No.1 Middle School, a famous school in Inner Mongolia, and a friendly school with Shanxi-Shaanxi-Mongolia 15 Middle School to realize the sharing of campus resources advantages; Neida Art College and the school jointly built art classes, and the school became the only student source base of Neida Art College in Ordos City. The National Meteorological Administration has chosen this school as the object of assistance. Hangjinqi Middle School has trained more than 9,800 junior high school students, 1 1900 senior high school students and 3,000 junior college students since its establishment 48 years ago.
