What are the academic requirements of the second-level constructor?

According to the spirit of the documents of Chongqing Personnel Bureau and Chongqing Construction Committee (No.23 [2005] of Tianjin People's Hospital), anyone who abides by the law, has a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and has been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for two years can sign up for the second-level constructor qualification examination.

(2) Exemption conditions for some subjects

Those who meet the registration requirements for the qualification examination of the second-level constructor and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the corresponding subjects:

1. Obtained the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager of the construction enterprise, and was employed as a professional technical post above the intermediate level in engineering or engineering economy. Engaged in engineering construction management 15 years, exempted from taking the subject of construction management, only taking the subject of construction laws and regulations and related knowledge and professional engineering management and practice.

2. Obtain the qualification certificate of the first-class project manager of the construction enterprise, be employed as a professional technical post above the intermediate level in engineering or engineering economy, or be engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, and be exempted from the examination of construction management and construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge subjects, and only take the examination of professional engineering management and practical subjects.
