Combined with this orientation, the short-term planning is to highlight the protection system of vegetation and forest ecosystem and the construction of scientific research system focusing on basic scientific research and popular science education, restore the population and quantity of rare and endangered species in the reserve and maintain biodiversity; Post-planning is to further improve the infrastructure on the basis of paying attention to protection and restoration, and strive to meet the needs of society and local communities for scientific research, protection and education of the reserve. At the same time, combined with local resources, actively develop eco-tourism and promote the sustained and healthy development of regional economy. Since its establishment, the Administration has always adhered to the guiding ideology of "taking protection as the purpose, taking development as the means and promoting protection through development". While taking measures to strictly manage resources, we will raise construction funds through various channels and forms in strict accordance with the requirements of the overall planning to speed up the construction of protected areas. First, a number of project facilities related to protection, production, living and tourism have been completed, including 6 management stations (stations), 6 new forest protection points, 174km patrol road and 490km fire protection line, 2 new commercial complex buildings and a number of permanent billboards (columns), and a number of eco-tourism attractions and facilities have been built and improved. The first phase of the infrastructure project is progressing smoothly. Second, the publicity of laws and regulations has been further strengthened, and all kinds of commercial logging and hunting activities have been completely banned in nature reserves, especially by setting up billboards at the entrance of the mountain, writing permanent propaganda slogans, organizing people to enter the village to distribute publicity materials, and explaining the laws and regulations of the state on nature reserves and wildlife protection face to face, which has continuously enhanced the protection awareness of surrounding communities and laid a good foundation for the total prohibition of all kinds of commercial logging and hunting in the whole region. Third, the patrol, protection and management of protected areas have been effectively strengthened, and all kinds of illegal and criminal acts that destroy the resources of protected areas, such as illegal logging, deforestation, hunting, expropriation and occupation of forest land, have been severely cracked down. Two professional forest protection teams with a total of 95 people have been established, and forest resources have been effectively protected. Fourth, earnestly strengthen forest fire prevention and prevent forest fires. We conscientiously implement the guiding ideology of "putting prevention first and actively putting out fires" in the overall situation. While carrying out extensive publicity and education on forest fire prevention, and striving to raise people's awareness of forest fire prevention in the whole region, we have further established and improved a four-level forest fire early warning and forecasting system and a three-level forest fire prevention joint defense mechanism for branches, management stations and village groups, and implemented a forest fire prevention responsibility system and a field fire management system, which has achieved good results. Since the establishment of the nature reserve, there has not been a forest fire accident, a case of destroying and protecting wildlife resources, and no phenomenon of surrounding villagers destroying forests to open up wasteland, chopping wood and burning charcoal. Vegetation and environment in the whole region have been effectively restored and protected. In recent years, with the implementation of key projects such as national ecological public welfare forest, returning farmland to forests and infrastructure construction of protected areas, it has brought infinite vitality to the development of protected areas, and the changes of protected areas are changing with each passing day.
