What is the working process of ship oil gauge?

Work flow of oil measuring instrument:

1. Dress correctly and wear work clothes, safety helmet, protective gloves and anti-static shoes.

2, check whether the measuring instruments are complete (dipstick, thermometer, test water paste, sampler, sampling bottle), check whether the measuring instruments are in the appraisal time, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the measuring instruments.

3, before opening the can, you must eliminate the static electricity of the human body. When opening the can, pay attention to your own safety, anti-skid and anti-static.

4, after the tank, people standing in the windward, check whether there is any abnormality around the metering port. Open the measuring cover and place it gently.

5. When checking the ruler, carefully put down the ruler with one hand along the lower ruler groove of the metering port. When the depth of the ruler is close to the reference height, hold the ruler belt with the crank, and slowly move down the wrist to ensure that the ruler touches the bottom again. For light oil, you can immediately lift the scale for reading and take the scale value closest to the liquid mark; For viscous oil, stay for 3~5s, and then lift the scale for reading. When reading, read the number of millimeters first, and then read centimeters, decimeters and meters in turn. Light oil is volatile, and the reading should be fast and accurate. Measure twice continuously. When the reading error is not greater than 1mm, take the first reading, and measure again when it exceeds.

6. Wipe the dipstick, evenly coat a thin layer of test water paste on the expected water level of the dipstick, and then dip the dipstick into the dipstick groove at the metering port until the dipstick touches the bottom of the water tank. Keep the dipstick vertical, immerse it for 5~ 10s, lift the dipstick, and read at the discolored position of the test paste, which is the height of the water at the bottom of the tank.

7. Put the thermometer directly into the temperature measuring position from the metering port. When the oil depth is greater than 4.5m, measure it at the upper, middle and lower parts of the oil depth; When the oil depth is 3.0~4.5m, measure the upper and lower points; When the oil depth is less than 3m, measure the middle part.

8. When sampling, the sampler is directly put into the sampling position from the metering port. When the oil depth is greater than 4.5m, take the upper, middle and lower points of the oil depth; When the oil depth is 3.0~4.5m, take the upper and lower points; When the oil depth is less than 3m, take the middle point.

9, strong winds and thunderstorms should stop measuring operations, lighting equipment should be safe and explosion-proof.

10. After the measurement, close the oil measuring cap, tighten the bolt, wipe the measuring tool, and make original measurement records. If you are in doubt about the data, you should retest.

1 1. Stir the oil sample vertically with a suitable thermometer. Hang the thermometer on the edge of the measuring cylinder and leave it for more than three minutes. The reading temperature is accurate to 0.65438 0℃.

12. Put a suitable densimeter into the oil, release it when it reaches the equilibrium position, and let it float freely. Press the densimeter to the equilibrium point of 1mm or 2mm, and let it return to the equilibrium position. Read the calibration value of the densimeter and read the nearest calibration interval 1/5.

13. After correcting the observed experimental temperature and density according to the corresponding correction values given by the verification certificate, check the GB/T 1885- 1988 oil meter to get the standard density at 20℃, and get the volume correction coefficient (VCF) according to the tank temperature and standard density to calculate the weight of oil.

14. Fill in relevant records and set up a separate account for the oil tank. According to manual measurement and telemetry records, the accuracy of telemetry measurement system is compared and checked.
