The interview in Shandong branch is very harsh. The interview is divided into three rounds. In the first round, three interviewers asked you why you applied for CCB in your county and city, and whether you knew CCB. There was basically no elimination in the first round. The second round is a professional interview. Five or six interviewers asked you professional questions, and asked three questions altogether. The first question is "Please talk about your understanding of the product pricing mechanism", the second question is "Please talk about the advantages and disadvantages of China's foreign exchange reform on China's import and export trade last year", and the third question is how to market your drugs when hospitals are unwilling to distribute them to patients.
