I have been paying pension insurance in Hejian for 15 and a half years and I am 60 years old..Why am I not being paid a salary?

I don’t see any connection between paying pension insurance for 15 years and whether you will be paid when you turn 60. According to regulations, if you have paid in full pension insurance for 15 years, you can receive a pension after retirement. As for whether you should be paid or not, that is a matter between you and your workplace, and has nothing to do with the government.
