It should be higher, but as long as you can't stay in the head office in Beijing, you have to go to all parts of the country for construction, and you can't guarantee that you can get paid every month. It was not until June 5438+February that I got my salary in July and August. The working environment and living environment are relatively difficult. It would be great if the construction project department could be near the villages and towns. Some are in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes it is difficult to make a phone call. Not to mention thousands of miles away from home, my current unit is more than 2000 kilometers away from home.

Another point that I have to accept is that I have a good relationship with the person in charge of the project. Even if I have never been to high school, my starting salary is higher than that of undergraduates, and my promotion speed is also fast. Some people rose from staff to department heads a year later!
