Purpose of recruiting technical director

The purpose of recruiting technical director:

1. Lead the R&D team to improve the architecture, R&D, design and other work, be responsible for guiding and participating in system design and core code writing, and organize and solve technical key and difficult problems in the project development process;

2. Be responsible for the planning, control, supervision and management of R&D process, R&D quality and progress of the project, summarize and improve in time, and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of R&D;

3. Be responsible for the echelon construction and management of R&D team, lead the team atmosphere, establish a standardized development process management system, organize technical training and assessment of personnel, and improve work efficiency.
