Here, I can only recommend one of them to you: circumflex. Circumduction, also known as praise and criticism, is a technique for writing about people. The circumflex method includes three aspects:

1. First, restrain and then raise. To suppress first and then promote is to belittle and criticize someone first when you want to elevate or praise him. Inhibition is a means, and promotion is an end. There is an essay called "Shandong Chaos", which is about a new classmate transferred to the class named Huang Renping. He spoke with a Shandong accent and wore rustic clothes. At first glance, he looked like a student who did not study well, and some classmates looked at him with contempt. However, what every student did not expect was that Huang Renping ranked first in the class in the final exam. Soon, he was elected monitor again. This essay uses the technique of "first suppressing and then promoting", first belittling Huang Renping, and finally writing that he is a super academic.

2. Raise first and then suppress. To promote first and then suppress is to lift someone up first when you want to belittle someone. Lifting is a means, suppressing is the goal. The composition "The Guide" uses this technique. The composition reads: During the summer vacation, my father and I went to the city to visit my cousin. After getting off the train, because we were unfamiliar with the place, we couldn't find the southeast, northwest, and northwest. At this time, a man in his 30s was very enthusiastic and offered to take us there. I think people in the city have high consciousness and Lei Feng learns well.
