Development planning of Huadu automobile industrial base

Guangzhou Huadu Automobile Industry Base implements "scientific planning and management". The overall planning of Huadu automobile industrial base is divided into five phases.

The main functional areas of Phase I15km2 are vehicle production area, automobile research and development area, automobile parts area, automobile science and education area, automobile trade area, cultural and sports tourism area, export processing area, logistics center area and residential and living area. At present, the first phase of infrastructure construction and investment attraction have been basically completed.

The second-phase planning area of 7.58 square kilometers is located in the west of the automobile city, and the three-dimensional transportation system composed of land, water and air makes it an important industrial area supported by the cluster.

The planned area of the third phase is 2.66 square kilometers. According to the advantages of Huadu Port, a port import and export industrial zone centered on logistics and supported by automobile industry will be formed.

The fourth phase, covering an area of 2.33 square kilometers, will make a comprehensive layout with large-scale automobile enterprise projects as the main body, make full use of its radiation advantages, and vigorously develop surrounding supporting projects and real estate industry.

The planned area of the fifth phase is 3.0 1 km2. At present, according to the geographical and environmental advantages of the region, the planning is in the direction of optimizing the overall supporting of the automobile industry base.

At present, the first phase of Huadu Automobile City has completed infrastructure construction and attracted investment, and is promoting the construction of the second phase, Chini Park and Tanbu Park, and is preparing the plans for the third, fourth and fifth phases.
