The lessee who still maintains the lease relationship with the owner of the house during the period of demolition due to living difficulties shall be compensated with reference to the compensation standard for the lessee of public housing. However, if the lessee returns the owner's spouse and children, he will not enjoy double indemnity.

The location price compensation of public houses is calculated according to the construction area, and the lessee does not enjoy the location price compensation of the courtyard.
Four, low-income families with housing difficulties to deal with housing security issues

Five, incentive fees, relocation subsidies, temporary resettlement subsidies and other payment standards
(1) reward
If an agreement is signed on schedule and the house is vacated within the prescribed time limit, each household will be rewarded according to the following standards:
1. Living (including "changing from living to non-living"): If the house is vacated within the first reward period after signing the demolition agreement, each household will be rewarded with 25,000 yuan; In the second reward period, if the house is vacated after signing the demolition agreement, the reward will be10.5 million yuan/household; In the third reward period, if the house is vacated after signing the demolition agreement, the reward will be 1 1,000 yuan/household.
2. Non-residential: if the house is vacated during the first reward period after signing the demolition agreement, each household will be rewarded with 35,000 yuan; In the second reward period, if the demolition agreement is signed and the house is vacated, each household will be rewarded with 25,000 yuan; In the third reward period, if the house is vacated after signing the demolition agreement, each household will be rewarded with 1.5 million yuan.
If no compensation and resettlement agreement can be reached within the time limit stipulated in the announcement, no reward or monetary subsidy shall be enjoyed. The time period of the incentive period shall be publicized by the residents at the scene.
