7. Inspection and acceptance of joints on the construction site

7.0.l When mechanical joints of steel bars are used in the project, the technical provider shall submit an effective type inspection report. 7.02, before the start of the steel bar connection project, to deal with different manufacturers of steel joint process inspection; In the process of construction, the process inspection shall be allowed when the steel bar manufacturer is changed. 7.03. Before installing the joint, check the product certificate of the joint and the batch number identification on the surface of the sleeve; The product certificate shall include the applicable steel bar diameter and joint performance grade, sleeve type, production unit, production date and production batch number, which can trace the mechanical properties and processing quality of the raw materials of the product.

7.04, on-site inspection must be carried out in accordance with the procedures of joint tensile strength test, processing and installation quality inspection; For structures with special requirements for joints, the corresponding inspection items shall be separately indicated in the design drawings;

7.05. On-site inspection of joints shall be carried out according to the acceptance batch.
