1. Responsible for the research, development, application and popularization of advanced sewage treatment technologies such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, energy recovery and CASS;

2. Participate in the signing of early technical agreements and technical consulting services;

3. Be responsible for the formulation of technical design scheme of sewage process and the drawing of construction drawing;

4. Determine the selection and quotation of main equipment for sewage process construction;

5. Complete the compilation and review of sewage technology research and development data and engineering disclosure data;

6. Supervise the technical training and work performance of team members in the technical research and development department.
