What does the personnel department do?
The personnel department is the department that manages people and things in a unit. Now, in order to strengthen the importance of people, the human resources part has been opened. Generally speaking, the human resources department should be the development of the personnel department, but the responsibilities of the personnel departments of different units and institutions are slightly different:
1. Be responsible for the planning of the company's human resources work, and establish and implement personnel procedures or rules and regulations such as recruitment, machine training, attendance and labor discipline;
