The back-office series mainly includes management service personnel, whose positions include: general manager, assistant general manager, marketing manager, planning department manager (or staff), recruitment and training manager (or staff), office (human resources), IT department manager (or staff), finance (accounting and cashier), risk control manager (or staff), front desk reception (opening accounts for customers) and customer service manager (or staff).
