According to official website's inquiry, Runtang Yinghai Store is the first affordable rental housing project in Beijing in 2022 and the largest collective rental housing project in Beijing, with a service life of 70 years. Since the completion record was obtained at the beginning of this year, as of February 6, 2023, the first batch of 743 rooms have all been rented out, and the occupancy rate of the second batch of 309 rooms has exceeded 85%.
