I. Recruitment places and positions
In 2023, the company will employ 120 college graduates, including company information center 1 person, company technology center 4, Nanjing cigarette factory 28, Xuzhou cigarette factory 32, Huaiyin cigarette factory 27, Nantong Tobacco Filter Co., Ltd. 15, and Jiangsu Xinyuan Tobacco Sheet Co., Ltd. 13.
Recruitment positions are divided into two categories: production operation and professional technology, including production operation 1 13 people and professional technology 7 people.

After the candidates for production and operation positions are hired, they are all arranged to work in the production and operation positions of the recruiting unit.
According to enterprise regulations and work needs, when management and professional technical posts are vacant, qualified production and operation personnel can participate in open competition for posts organized by enterprises and compete for posts.

(1) Registration

2. Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.
If it is found that the candidates do not meet the requirements and conditions of the candidates in all aspects of recruitment, their application or employment qualifications will be cancelled.
After submitting the registration information through the only online registration channel, applicants can check the results of the preliminary qualification examination on the registration website during the preliminary qualification examination.
Those who pass the preliminary examination of qualifications may not apply for other professional positions; If the applicant fails to pass the pre-qualification, the examination unit shall explain the reasons, and the applicant may make a statement and reply to the examination unit through the network during the statement and reply.
The unit under review shall listen to its statements and arguments, review the facts, reasons and evidence it has put forward, make a conclusion of the review within the time limit for handling objections, and inform the review results; Where the submitted materials are incomplete or need to be supplemented by the applicant, the examining unit shall indicate the missing or explained contents and require the applicant to supplement them in time.
Applicants who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination can change their application to other professional positions during the registration period, and those who exceed the registration period cannot change their application.

The classification and review of recruitment majors are based on the Professional Reference Catalogue of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province in 2023 (Annex 2).
The majors not involved in the professional reference catalogue of civil servants in Jiangsu Province shall be subject to the professional catalogue promulgated by the national education department or the suggestions issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education.
3. The proportion of exams.
In principle, the written test ratio is 1:3.
The recruitment majors of "electromechanical control" and "mechanical engineering", which have great demand for the company's development, are difficult to form fully competitive professional and technical post recruitment majors. After registration, if the number of effective applicants is greater than the number of recruiters and a competitive relationship is formed, the examination can be held normally; If the number of effective applicants is less than or equal to the number of recruits, and there is no competitive relationship, the recruitment plan will be reduced according to procedures until a competitive relationship is formed or professional posts are cancelled.
If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of effective applicants for other professional positions does not reach 1:3, the recruitment plan shall be reduced according to the procedure until the proportion of examination is reached or the professional position is cancelled.
If the recruitment plan is reduced or cancelled, an announcement on the change of the recruitment plan shall be published in the original media.
Those who apply for cancelled professional positions and pass the preliminary qualification examination can re-apply for other qualified professional positions on the registration website, and the re-registration time will be notified separately.
4. Preventive measures
(1) Applicants should fill in their personal information truthfully, accurately and completely and submit application materials according to the requirements of the online registration system.
The application materials shall be true, accurate, complete, effective, clear and standardized, including documents, transcripts, employment recommendation forms and other materials.
Those who provide false application information and materials will be disqualified once verified.
(2) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from the China * * * Production Party, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employing discipline such as fraud in the national statutory examination, and those who are being examined for alleged violations of discipline and law are not allowed to apply for the examination.

5. Print the admission ticket online
Successful applicants log on to the registration website to print the written test admission ticket according to the notice schedule.

(2) Examination
The examination includes written examination and interview, and is entrusted to the public examination institutions of government departments for organization and implementation.
The examination content is the basic ability, comprehensive knowledge, professional quality and work skills necessary for the recruitment position.
In principle, the exam will be completed in the first half of 2023.

The written test mainly tests the comprehensive knowledge, ability and quality required by the recruitment position.
Applicants should bring the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card within the validity period and take the written test according to the time and place on the admission ticket.
The ID card held by candidates when taking the exam must be consistent with the name and citizenship number of the ID card used when registering.
In principle, the written test results will be announced within 15 working days after the written test. Candidates can check the written test results and apply for professional rankings on the registration website through their ID numbers.
interview
The interview mainly tests the basic ability, comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and work skills needed to perform job responsibilities, and the form is structured interview.
The technical center of the company is required to be a doctoral professional position, and the free defense link of peer expert evaluation is added in the interview, which mainly tests the professional knowledge and ability required for the recruitment position; "Flavor and fragrance technology and engineering specialty" adds practical operation ability test in the interview, which mainly tests the professional skills and operation level suitable for the post.
Among the written test reference personnel, according to the order of written test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of 5: 1 to the number of recruits, the candidates for interviews in various professional positions are determined.
For positions that do not reach the ratio of 5: 1, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people who take the written test.
If the last 1 candidate of the professional position who entered the interview has tied scores, all tied candidates will enter the interview.
If the recruiting unit (department) finds that the interviewee does not meet the qualification requirements for applying for the exam or the interviewee explicitly abandons the vacancy, among the written candidates who apply for the same professional position, the interviewee will be replaced in the order of high written test scores.
If the results are tied, all tied candidates will enter the interview.
If there are vacancies three days before the interview date, no one will fill them.
After the interviewer is confirmed, the interviewer list will be published on the company's extranet (www.jszygs.com, information disclosure/personnel recruitment) and the website of public examination institutions of government departments (zjzx.9 1job.org.cn, recruitment of educational talents/enterprises and institutions), including the recruiter's name (department), major and interviewer.
Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot.
The qualified line of interview results is 60 points. Those who fail the interview shall not be identified as candidates for inspection and physical examination.
3. Calculation method of total score
The total score is calculated according to the percentage system, and the specific methods are as follows: the written test score accounts for 50%; The interview score accounts for 50%, among which the scores of free defense and practical operation ability test account for 20% of the interview score.
The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off.
(3) Qualification examination, inspection and physical examination
According to the order of the candidates' total test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of candidates to be employed in the recruitment professional positions, the candidates for the inspection and physical examination of each recruitment professional position are determined.
In principle, the results of candidates' inspection and physical examination will be announced within 5 working days after the interview. Candidates can check their situation on the registration website through their ID number.
If the candidates for inspection and physical examination explicitly give up the qualification for inspection and physical examination, the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be replenished in turn from high to low according to the total score among those who apply for the same professional position.
1. Qualification examination
Qualification examination before inspection and physical examination is mainly to verify whether the candidates meet the required recruitment qualifications.
According to the audit requirements, domestic university personnel must provide academic degree certificates, employment recommendation forms and original employment agreements, while overseas university personnel must provide academic degree certificates, original academic degree certificates of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and other materials required by the employer for audit.
If the relevant materials are not obtained during the qualification examination, the auditee may conduct an inspection and physical examination first after providing relevant supporting materials and making a commitment.
Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from inspection and physical examination.

The inspection focuses on understanding the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral conduct, law-abiding situation and whether it is necessary to avoid it.
According to the requirements, candidates are required to provide the recruitment unit (department) with the "Company Recruitment Investigation Form 2023" (Annex 3) issued by the public security organ where the graduation department or household registration is located, and affix the official seal.
Candidates who do not meet the qualifications stipulated in the recruitment regulations or do not meet the requirements of the positions they apply for shall not be determined as candidates.
Step 3 have a physical examination
Physical examination standards shall be implemented according to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and shall be conducted in designated medical institutions, including occupational health examination items.
Applicants who have doubts about the results of physical examination may submit re-examination in accordance with regulations.
The examination institution shall organize the re-examination for the personnel applying for the re-examination, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Those who fail the physical examination shall not be determined as candidates.
Candidates who fail to pass the qualification review, inspection or physical examination do not meet the requirements, and those who pass the inspection and physical examination voluntarily give up their employment qualifications, can fill the vacancies in turn according to the total test scores of candidates in the same professional position from high to low, and organize qualification review, inspection and physical examination.
If there are vacancies after the recruitment results are publicized, they will not be replenished.
When determining and making up the candidates for inspection and physical examination, if the total scores of 1 candidate are tied at the end of the professional post inspection and physical examination, the candidates will be selected according to the written test scores from high to low.
If the total score is the same as the written test score, the government departments, public examination institutions and companies will determine the way to add the test and notify the relevant candidates.
(4) Publicity and employment
According to the test scores, inspection and physical examination results of candidates, the candidates to be hired are determined.
The recruitment results will be publicized on China Tobacco Talent Recruitment Platform (www.tobacco.gov.cn, Industry Information/Personnel and Training/Talent Recruitment Platform), the extranet of the company and the websites of public examination institutions of government departments.
The publicity contents include the name of the recruiting unit (department), the position to be hired, the name and gender of the person to be hired, the graduate school and major, the written interview results of the recruitment examination, the total score, the professional ranking of the applicants, the telephone number and email address of the supervision report, etc.
The publicity period is 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled, and the employment shall be completed in principle before the end of August 2023; If there are problems that affect employment and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the employment problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.
If the employed person signs an employment agreement with other units, I shall be responsible for handling it.
Due to special reasons, when the employed personnel go through the recruitment procedures in a centralized way, if the recruitment qualification certification materials are incomplete, they will not go through the employment procedures or sign a labor contract temporarily.
In principle, employees should obtain relevant materials and complete employment procedures before the end of 2023.
If the relevant materials are not obtained within the time limit, it shall be decided by the company.
Four. Relevant explanation
(1) Applicants must fill in the contact information correctly and keep the communication tools unblocked.
