Hangzhou Xihu Vocational Senior High School and other institutions affiliated to the Hangzhou Xihu District Education Bureau (including the West Lake Scenic Area) , 295 faculty members were openly recruited due to work needs. In accordance with the "Implementation Measures of the Hangzhou Municipal Personnel Bureau for Implementing the National Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Hangzhou Renzheng [2006] No. 5), the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1 , Recruiting unit situation
The public institutions participating in this recruitment are all funded in full by the fiscal system. The personnel who are hired in this recruitment are included in the establishment of the public institutions.

2. Recruitment positions, scope and conditions
(1) Recruitment positions, scope and objects
For details, please refer to "Hangzhou Unified Recruitment Plan for December 2013 for the units affiliated to the Municipal Xihu District Education Bureau (Attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”).
"Fresh graduates" in the "Plan" refers to fresh graduates from full-time regular colleges and universities (2014 and 2013 graduates who have not yet been employed for the first time), and meet one of the following situations:
(1) Graduate students;
(2) Graduates from national key universities;
(3) Provincial outstanding graduates from ordinary universities;
( 4) Outstanding graduates from ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province;
(5) Graduates from Hangzhou urban area;
(6) Bachelor's degree graduates from preschool education.

"In-service teachers" in the "Plan" refer to on-the-job public teachers or primary and secondary schools and kindergartens with Hangzhou urban household registration and approved by the education administrative department within the urban area of ??Hangzhou Non-professional teachers who teach. Among them, on-the-job public teachers must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Excellent teachers with intermediate or above professional titles and comprehensive honors at the county level or above;
( 2) Postgraduate education with a master's degree or above;
(3) Spouse living apart;
(4) Transferred with the military;
(5) Hangzhou urban area On-the-job public teachers in primary and secondary schools.
(2) Recruitment conditions
1. Abide by laws and regulations, love education, and have good social ethics and professional ethics.
2. Have the qualifications and skills required for the position.
For the time being, 2014 general college graduates applying for teaching positions are not required to provide teacher qualification certificates and Mandarin proficiency certificates. However, in the following two cases, they must provide the National Teacher Qualification Examination written examination passing transcript (or Zhejiang Province Qualified transcript of educational psychology issued by the Teacher Qualification Guidance Center) and applicable Mandarin level certificate (applicants for Chinese language teachers are required to be Level 2A or above, other teachers are required to be Level 2B or above, the same below):
(1) Non-teacher college graduates (except graduates from national key universities) who apply for cultural teaching positions;
(2) Need to take the National Primary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Examination Graduates from a normal college who have obtained a teacher qualification certificate.
For 2013 general college graduates applying for teaching positions, the normal college graduates must provide applicable teacher qualification certificates and Mandarin proficiency certificates. The materials required for non-normal college graduates are the same as those for 2014 non-normal college graduates.
Other personnel applying for teaching positions must possess applicable teacher qualification certificates and Putonghua proficiency certificates.
3. Possess the academic qualifications and professional, professional and technical titles and qualifications required for the position.
When registering, students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, those who have returned from studying abroad, and graduates from Sino-foreign cooperative universities must present overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those with a bachelor's degree must also have a Hangzhou urban household registration.
4. The age is under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1979), and those with senior professional titles can be relaxed to 40 years old (born after January 1, 1974).

7. The work experience involved in the recruitment requirements in the "Plan" is based on the labor (employment) contract and social security records. The deadline for calculating relevant working hours is December 31, 2013.

3. Registration
Registration for this recruitment will be conducted through on-site centralized registration.
1. Registration time: December 6 to December 7, 2013 (8:30-11:00 am, 1:30-4:30 pm).

3. Registration method: Applicants must register at the on-site registration desk of the recruiting unit with the materials required for registration (see Appendix 2 "List of Materials Required for Registration") within the specified time.
4. In-service teachers must obtain the seal and approval of their original unit in advance.
5. Each applicant is limited to one position.
6. Kindergarten teachers are recruited through unified registration. In-service teachers do not need to fill in the specific application unit (kindergarten), but only need to fill in the application group. After being hired through written examinations, interviews and other links, candidates will be selected based on their overall score ranking. . Fresh graduates can apply for kindergarten positions.

4. Adjustment of registration
After the registration ends on December 7, the registration will be held on the Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network (www.hzedu.net) on December 9 ) announces the registration status of each position. Applicants can adjust the registration or make up the registration accordingly on December 11. Those who adjust the registration must first apply to the original applicant unit to return the registration materials and then re-register. (The registration location will be adjusted to the gymnasium of Yucai Foreign Languages ??School).
For positions where the number of applicants is still less than three times the recruitment plan after adjusting the registration, the examination will not be held. On December 12, the latest registration status and canceled exam positions were announced on the Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network. Those who have registered for positions whose exams have been canceled can apply for other positions that have been confirmed to take exams on December 13, 2013. 5. Examination
One written test subject, The content of the examination for the teacher position is the professional knowledge and teaching materials and teaching methods of the relevant subjects for the position to be applied for. The content of the examination for other positions is the professional knowledge related to the position to be applied for. The written examination time is 9:00-11:00 am on December 22, 2013. The location of the written examination is Hangzhou Baochuta Experimental School (No. 81, Tianmushan Road, Hangzhou). Candidates must take the written examination with their admission ticket and ID card (both ID cards are indispensable).
This exam does not specify an exam syllabus or reference book, nor does it hold or authorize or entrust any unit to hold any form of training course.
The written test results are announced on the Xihu Education Information Network (www.xhedu.net). You can check the written test results based on your ID number.
2. Interview
After the written test, candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan based on the written test scores from high to low. The interview work is jointly organized and implemented by the personnel, education and other departments and the recruitment unit, and the District Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau supervises the entire process. The interview method, time and location will be notified later.
The full score for the interview is 100 points, and the score for passing the interview is 60 points. Those who fail the interview will be disqualified.
After the interview, among those who pass the interview, the written test and interview scores will be converted into a total score at a ratio of 50 each. From high scores to low scores, the physical examination objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 ( If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher interview score will be ranked first).

6. Physical examination and assessment
Each recruitment unit is responsible for organizing and implementing the physical examination and assessment. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification in Zhejiang Province" and students shall bear their own expenses.

7. Announcement and Recruitment
The recruiting unit will determine the candidates to be hired based on the results of examinations, physical examinations and assessments. The list of candidates to be recruited is in Hangzhou Education City The announcement will be made internally within the domain network and the recruiting unit for seven days. If there are no objections during the publicity period, after the publicity is over, relevant procedures will be completed in accordance with regulations and an employment contract (including a probation period) will be signed.
Those who are to be hired are unable to register after the deadline, or fresh graduates who failed to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before August 31, 2014, or those who applied for teaching positions in 2014 and graduated from normal colleges and universities. If a student (except normal school graduates who need to take the national primary and secondary school and kindergarten teacher qualification examination to obtain a teacher qualification certificate) fails to obtain the applicable teacher qualification certificate before registration, or is proven not to meet the application conditions, his qualifications for employment will be cancelled.
If fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who are not required to provide a teacher qualification certificate when registering cannot obtain the applicable teacher qualification certificate within two years after being hired, the employment relationship will be terminated.

8. Other instructions
