(2) Basic requirements of candidates

7. The grass-roots project personnel recruited this time refer to "transferring college graduates to work in the village (university student village officials)" and "schools in rural compulsory education stage" that meet the recruitment requirements and expire their service (before 2014123).

8. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office shall not be recruited as staff members of public institutions under other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
