Zhengzhou Municipal Procuratorate’s political review conditions.

The basic conditions for the political review of the Zhengzhou Municipal Procuratorate are: 1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China 2. Over 18 years old and under 35 years old, fresh graduates and doctoral candidates (non-employed) are eligible Relaxed to under 40 years old 3. Support the People’s Republic of China and the National Constitution 4. Have good character 5. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally 6. Have the work ability that meets the job requirements 7. Have a college degree or above 8. Have Other qualifications required for the proposed post as prescribed by the Central Civil Service Authority.

When recruiting civil servants, the following people cannot apply: 1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office 2. Those who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of employment disciplines in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels Personnel 3. Active military personnel 4. Non-fresh graduates currently studying 5. Civil servants with less than 2 years of service (including probation period) 6. Civil servants and staff of agencies (units) managed according to the Civil Servant Law who have been dismissed for less than 5 years 7 , persons under other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants by law.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the "Civil Servants" states that civil servants must meet the following conditions: 1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China 2. Be at least 18 years old 3. Support the People's Republic of China The Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system 4. Have good political quality and moral conduct 5. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform duties normally 6. Have the educational level and work ability that meet the job requirements 7. Other conditions stipulated by law.
