Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration method

On-site registration: applicants receive the registration form, political examination form and commitment letter at the site, fill them out and submit them to the recruitment team of the Third Normal University on the day of registration.

(2) Materials to be prepared at the time of registration.

Applicants must register with graduation certificate, degree certificate, household registration book or ID card (original), three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with blue background, award-winning certificate (original) and A4 paper copies of various certificates issued by their units, and fill out the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of School Teachers in Compulsory Education Stage of the Third Division of the Corps in duplicate.

1. Interview.

The recruitment working group interviews the candidates who have passed the qualification examination. The interview was conducted by combining on-site lectures with expert questions, focusing on language expression ability, gfd, teachers' basic skills and teaching practice ability.

2. Sign an employment agreement.

Consult the files of qualified candidates in the interview, and sign the Employment Agreement for College Students and the Employment Agreement for Teachers in the Special Post Program of the School Teachers in the Compulsory Education Stage in Rural Areas of the Corps with the proposed employees in accordance with the principle of "determining the tournament venue, the school and the post".

3. Physical examination and training.

Those who pass the examination by the Corps will no longer take the 2020 XPCC special post teacher recruitment examination, and will directly enter the physical examination and training (XPCC special post teacher recruitment announcement or telephone notice in 2020). The personnel to be hired shall be assessed by the Education Bureau of the Corps at its own expense. Those who are found to be unqualified will not be hired (especially those who have a history of infectious diseases or mental illness), and the consequences will be at their own risk.

(6) There is no registration fee or interview fee for this recruitment.

The preferential policies for recruiting special post teachers in Bingtuan are strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the state and Bingtuan, and special post teachers enjoy the treatment of in-service teachers at the same level in the same city.
