The lofty attitude of college students.
Another internal factor that makes it difficult for college students to find jobs now is actually their lofty mentality. I interviewed some graduates and they asked, "What is your future career plan?" I heard that some young people will set high goals. They not only want to get a high-paying offer, but also expect the company to have a large platform, rapid development, humanization, less overtime and preferably provide accommodation. However, in reality, enterprises that can meet these conditions in the workplace are really water chestnuts. Suppose you are not the best among so many graduates, and your ability is not enough, but your qualifications are so high, it will be difficult for enterprises to accept such job seekers.
