Of course, the employment pressure is very great. Also affected by the epidemic, many international students did not study abroad this year, or simply graduated and returned to work. This group of people will also aggravate the competitive pressure of fresh graduates in the market. Previous students and overseas students often have some advantages in internships or jobs, while the latter naturally has the advantage of international education background, which will naturally affect the employment market of fresh graduates.

The lofty attitude of college students.

Another internal factor that makes it difficult for college students to find jobs now is actually their lofty mentality. I interviewed some graduates and they asked, "What is your future career plan?" I heard that some young people will set high goals. They not only want to get a high-paying offer, but also expect the company to have a large platform, rapid development, humanization, less overtime and preferably provide accommodation. However, in reality, enterprises that can meet these conditions in the workplace are really water chestnuts. Suppose you are not the best among so many graduates, and your ability is not enough, but your qualifications are so high, it will be difficult for enterprises to accept such job seekers.
