Interview form of institutions affiliated to Hainan Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau in 2023

(1) Interview time: 9: 30- 16: 00 on May 28th (Sunday).

(2) Interview location: Meeting room on the 0 th floor of Hainan Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau (Surveying and Mapping Building, No.5 Hebang Road, Meilan District, Haikou City).

(3) Interview form: structured interview.

Second, the qualification examination

Candidates are requested to be present before 8:30 on May 28th to review relevant documents and materials. Submit my original ID card, academic report card or academic degree certificate stamped with the official seal of the school for review. After passing the qualification review, candidates go directly to the waiting room (Room 2 12 19) to wait for the interview.

Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which will affect the results of qualification examination, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Candidates who fail to re-examine their qualifications as required are deemed to have given up their interview qualifications automatically.

Location of qualification review: office building of Hainan Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau/Building KLOC-0/2/Room KLOC-0/209.

Third, physical examination and investigation

The candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1. The candidates who rank first in comprehensive scores and have an interview score of not less than 60 points can be determined as the candidates for physical examination and investigation.

Comprehensive score calculation: comprehensive score = written test score 50%+ interview score 50%.

Those who voluntarily give up the examination or fail to pass the examination or physical examination for personal reasons will be replenished in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

Fourth, matters needing attention

(1) Candidates are required to wear masks all the time, and they can take off their masks when they enter the examination room to answer questions.

(2) During the interview, the candidates are subject to closed management. After the candidates enter the waiting room, they should turn off or mute the communication tools and hand them over to the staff for safekeeping. Those who carry and use communication equipment during the interview will be disqualified once they are found. Anyone who cheats or conceals the real situation in the exam will not be hired once found.
