Second, the nature of the work

The recruitment of trade union assistants in public welfare posts is full-time trade union work. The main responsibilities are:

1. Guide enterprises, institutions and other social organizations within their jurisdiction to establish trade union organizations according to law and develop trade union members.

2. Guide and help grass-roots trade unions to sign collective contracts through equal consultation, and sign special collective contracts such as wage adjustment mechanism, protection of women workers' rights and interests, labor safety and health, and promote enterprises to establish and improve democratic management systems.

3, guide the grass-roots trade unions to carry out various activities.

4. Other work assigned by the District Federation of Trade Unions and local township (street) trade unions.

Third, the registration conditions

1, law-abiding, good conduct, decent style, no punishment, no record of violation of law and discipline;

2. Have a good professional ethics, a down-to-earth style, hard-working, willing to contribute, strong organizational concept, love grassroots work, and voluntarily engage in grassroots trade union work in towns (streets) and below;

3. Have a certain level of policy theory and social activity ability, have a good written and oral expression ability, have strong organization and coordination ability, and be able to obey the arrangement;

4. Full-time college degree or above (valid proof is required);

5. Being in good health and under 35 years old (born after 1 Aug.9751);

Four. Recruitment methods and procedures

The recruitment of trade union assistants for public welfare posts was included in the first batch of competition for public welfare posts for grassroots social management by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department this year, and unified arrangements were made. Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit-based, and the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity, and follow the procedures of registration, written examination, interview, inspection and employment.

1. Registration: 2010 August16—17 (before12: 00), and competitive registration is accepted. Registration is accepted by the District Federation of Trade Unions and the District Human Resources Market. At the time of registration, bring the original and photocopy of the household registration book (or household registration certificate), ID card, academic certificate and other relevant valid documents 1 copy, and 2 recent one-inch bareheaded photos.
