Registration materials for institutions in Huarong County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province in 2023

After the recruitment unit and the competent department conduct the preliminary qualification examination of the candidates according to the published recruitment conditions, the qualified candidates fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Huarong County (see Annex 3), sign the letter of commitment for integrity review (see Annex 4), and provide the originals and photocopies of the following relevant documents:

2 candidates who are limited to Huarong household registration positions need to provide household registration books, and those whose spouses are Huarong also need to provide marriage certificates.

3 graduation certificate. Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 who have not yet issued graduation certificates (degrees) shall provide employment recommendation forms stamped by the employment departments of the graduate institutions or online verification reports of the student status of the Ministry of Education.

(4) Electronic Registration and Filing Form of Education Certificate of the Ministry of Education with QR code 1 copy (the inquiry and printing time should be July 1 day in 2023 and later).

⑤ One inch recent bareheaded photos with the same background.

⑥ Provide professional and technical post qualification certificates for those with professional titles.

⑦ Applicants who have a labor (employment) relationship with other employers and sign a labor (employment) contract must provide written opinions (stamped with the official seal of the certifying unit) issued by the employer (the unit with a contract and employment relationship) agreeing to apply for the exam, otherwise they will not apply for the exam. Concealing the existence of labor (employment) relationship and causing all the responsibilities of employment disputes shall be borne by the registration reference personnel.
