According to the "Implementation Plan for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Henan Province in 2022" and the written test, the relevant matters concerning the recruitment interview in Xuchang City are hereby announced as follows:

I. Interview Confirmation and Qualification Examination

Those who are absent from the written test, cheat or score zero, and fail to reach the minimum qualified score of 40 points are not allowed to enter the interview.

A total of 789 people from 258 positions to be recruited by Xuchang entered the interview (see annex 1 for the list). Before the interview, interview confirmation and qualification examination must be carried out for those who enter the interview.

7. On-the-job personnel must provide the certificate of consent to apply for the exam issued by their unit (see Annex 2 for the template); If the work unit at the time of interview confirmation is inconsistent with the "current work unit" filled in at the time of registration, provide the resignation certificate of "current work unit" filled in at the time of registration and the certificate that the work unit agreed to apply for the exam at the time of interview confirmation; If you have resigned from the work unit filled in at the time of registration, and there is no work unit now, provide the resignation certificate of the original work unit (see Annex 3 for the template);

8. If you apply for a related similar major, or the major is not in the professional (discipline) catalogue, you must provide a graduate report of this major (the 2022 graduate report is provided by the college and stamped with the official seal, and the non-graduate report is copied by my file and stamped with the official seal of the file keeping department), and the main course content of this major should be basically consistent with the professional requirements of the post;

9. To apply for a minor or a second degree, you must provide a diploma and degree certificate of your major, a minor certificate and a degree certificate;

Second, the interview

(1) Interviewer

Please check the relevant announcements online through the interviewer in time, and the consequences caused by not checking the relevant announcements in time shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) Time and place of interview

Time: August 2 and August 3, 2022.

Venue: Experimental School in Dongcheng District, Xuchang City (south of the intersection of Qianjin Road and Xingye Road in Xuchang City 100 meters).

Those who fail the physical examination cannot be determined as candidates for investigation.

2. Physical examination (physical fitness assessment) shall be conducted within two days after the interview. Candidates who have entered the physical examination (physical fitness assessment) do not need to leave their posts. They should always pay attention to the announcement of physical examination (physical fitness assessment) published on the special website of Xuchang Civil Service Examination, and check the specific time, place and related requirements of physical examination (physical fitness assessment). 3. Method for producing physical examination (physical fitness assessment) and inspection candidates: According to the positions to be employed, the physical examination (physical fitness assessment) and inspection candidates are determined in equal amounts according to the order of the total test scores from high to low. Those who apply for the same position have the same total test scores, which are sorted from high to low according to the written test scores; If the written test scores are the same, they will be sorted from high score to low score; Those who have the same results in the administrative professional ability test will be ranked side by side. Four. Postpone the interview for the candidate's position under the following circumstances.

Candidates with abnormal health code before the exam, from areas with high epidemic incidence, and candidates with suspicious symptoms or abnormal conditions confirmed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals when entering the test center shall be comprehensively judged by the leading group for civil service examination and interview in Xuchang City, and reported to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for approval, and their positions shall be postponed for interview. The extension time will be notified separately.

Where false information leads to job extension, conceal or lie about key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history, health status, etc. , and does not cooperate with the interview epidemic prevention and control and other work arrangements, will cancel the interview qualification and record it in the civil service recruitment integrity file. 5. 6. This interview does not hold or entrust any organization to hold interview counseling training courses. The interview counseling held by the competent department of civil servants in the name of authorization has nothing to do with this exam.
