You can't. Beijing Juyijie Medical Science Research Institute is an academic institution of traditional Chinese medicine supported by Cui Yueli, former Minister of Health and founder of New China Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Lu Bingkui, former director of Chinese Medicine Bureau of the Ministry of Health. It is not allowed to apply for the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine teachers, and the qualification certificate of practicing doctors can only be obtained by taking the examination organized by the state.
