Here I can give two examples to prove it.

There was nothing there, just throwing tiles and bricks around and accumulating a large area. Next to the tower, there is a small hut like a beggar, where a monk lives. When Liu Shendong walked to the door of Cao Peng, it turned out that the descendants of Baota Temple had quit five monks. Speaking of it, Liu Shendong and the old monk of their previous generation are still bosom friends. Wu Jie, a monk, talked with him about his long-lost South School. And lived in Baota Temple for nearly two or three years after returning to the north; And plans to revive the pagoda temple. Liu Shendong also talked with him about seeing many people coming to Tata Temple to fast on the road, so he came to visit. The five monks said, "That's because I put Mengshan here every day, surpassing all the lonely souls who have no owner and no support. They should come to fast on time. " When Liu Shendong heard this, he suddenly said in surprise, "Buddhism is really effective! I'm just afraid people won't do it. In that case, if you publish a book, I will help you give alms and revive the stupa temple. " Five monks said; "I have nothing here, how can I get a book?" Liu Shendong said, "As long as you are famous, I will make you a book!" " "Because Liu is the first local family, he is rich and powerful. He made his own unified book, which made the Buddhist monk Wu Jie famous. He donated some of his money and borrowed some. A few years later, the pagoda temple was rebuilt. Please think about it: Monk Wu Jie used to live in a hut, which was like an open field. He really attended every day, not running around looking for Buddhism, but Buddhism found him and came to the temple.

You should understand, right? Don't misunderstand Buddha's exorcism. That's not the concept. In the eyes of Buddha, all beings are equal, and people and ghosts are all beings. Who can go and ghosts can't? On the contrary, ghosts walk much more than people, because some people don't believe in ghosts and have reincarnation, but even those who don't believe in ghosts will walk after death.
