It is one of the eight ancient capitals in China, the hometown of Oracle Bone Inscriptions and the birthplace of Zhouyi.
Well, friends, we will arrive at our destination Yin Ruins in more than 2 minutes. Let me give you a brief introduction of Yin Ruins. Yin Ruins is a cultural site in the late Shang Dynasty, located in the northwest suburb of Anyang. According to historical records and the dating project of Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, in 13 BC, Pan Geng, the 2th monarch of Shang Dynasty, moved his capital from the election in Shandong to Yin. Mr. Guo Moruo, a famous historian, once sincerely praised, "Huanshui Anyang is worthy of its name, and it was the imperial capital three thousand years ago."
Friends of tourists, Yin Ruins will arrive soon. Our visit time is two hours. After two hours, we will gather in the car on time. Now, please take your belongings and get off with me to prepare for the visit.
Attractions of Yin Ruins
My friends, there are three very important factors that make Yin Ruins famous in the world, namely, Oracle Bone Inscriptions, bronzes and the capital city.
"A piece of Oracle bones shocked the world". Oracle Bone Inscriptions's discovery shows that China had a complete writing system at least 3,3 years ago, which indicates that the history of China has entered an era of written examination. My friends, let's look at this gate first. It is built according to the word "gate" of Oracle Bone Inscriptions. The whole gate consists of three characters. It seems simple, but it is the most primitive gate, which can be called the originator of Huaxia Gate. The relief on the door frame, phoenix, tiger, cicada and other patterns are taken from the patterns on bronzes. The relief on the walls on both sides of the door is the dragon-shaped jade tactic of the Yin Dynasty, which seems to show that we are all descendants of dragons.
We walked into the gate, and now the land under everyone's feet is the palace area of Shang Dynasty capital 3,3 years ago. "Once you step into the picture, you dream back to the Millennium in one day." Let's enjoy the elegance of the imperial city thousands of years ago.
When most ethnic groups in the world were still in the Stone Age, people living here have entered the Bronze Age, which is the second reason why Yin Ruins are famous in the world. The bronze ware you are seeing now is an imitation of the famous Simuwu Dafang Ding. The Simuwu Ding was unearthed in the mausoleum area in 1939, with a height of 1.33 meters, a length of 1.1 meters, a width of .78 meters and a weight of 875 kilograms. It is the largest bronze ware excavated in the world so far. Ding was originally used as a pot in cook the meat. With the development of productivity, it gradually evolved into a symbol of rights. Idioms, such as keeping one's word and keeping three legs together, are all related to power.
The third reason why Yin Ruins are famous in the world is undoubtedly the capital of Shang Dynasty. Now we are presented with the restored imitation Yin Hall. The whole building is the architectural style of "Mautz earth steps, four heavy houses", that is, thatched roofs, rammed earth steps, four slopes and double eaves. The whole hall looks grand and solemn.
Next we will visit the underground museum. The overlooking shape of the whole museum is an imitation of the word Huan in Oracle Bone Inscriptions. The design you see is the logo of the museum. It is carved in imitation of bronze decoration. In fact, it is the word "zi" of the son. Why do you choose this word? Because "Zi" was the surname of the royal family in Shang Dynasty, you can see that it looks very vital, and this bend below seems to guide us forward.
My friends, after seeing the forest of steles and the pit of chariots and horses, and walking through the Oracle Bone Inscriptions Promenade, we came to the tomb of the Good Woman. The tomb of Fu Hao is located in the west of the palace area. However, in ancient times, tombs were usually not built in the palace area. So what's so special about this woman? Fu Hao is the first female general with written records in the history of China. She is the wife of Wu Ding, the king of Shang Dynasty. Because a woman is good at writing and martial arts, she often leads her troops to war. In Oracle Bone Inscriptions, she recorded that she led 13, troops at the most. Because she overworked herself, she died in middle age, so the king made an exception and buried her in the palace area, which shows the love and yearning of the Shang king for this wife.
Many people didn't expect that there would be a tomb in the palace area, so this tomb has not been stolen, and it is very well preserved, with 1928 items buried with it. Let's take a look at the funerary objects in her tomb now. These two weapons, called Yue, are symbols of military power, and she is the wife of Shang Wang, who has royal status, indicating that this female general was a combination of military power, military power and kingship at that time, which shows how amazing she was!
Friends, the explanation of Yin Ruins is over here. Next, everyone is free to visit. Thank you! Anyang tourist guide 4
Dear tourists and friends:
Welcome to visit Oracle Bone Inscriptions's hometown. I hope that my explanation will give you a general understanding of Yin Shang culture.
a piece of Oracle bones shocked the world. The discovery of Oracle Bone Inscriptions in 1899 not only put an end to the myth of Cangjie's word-making, but also made an ordinary little village known all over the world. With the comprehensive excavation of the Yin Ruins in Anyang, the ruins of the capital of an ancient dynasty and the splendid culture of Yin and Shang dynasties are exposed to the world. Yin Ruins, a cultural site in the late Shang Dynasty, is located in the northwest suburb of Anyang City. Its scope is centered on Xiaotun Village, including some places scattered on the banks of Huan River in the north and west of the village. According to historical records and the dating project of Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, in 13 BC, Pan Geng, the 2th king of Shang Dynasty, moved his capital from Yan (now Qufu) in Shandong to Xiaotun (now Anyang), and established his capital here, which lasted for 8 generations and 12 kings, ***254 years. Since then, it has become the political, cultural and economic center of the Shang Dynasty. By 146 BC, after King Wu of Zhou Dynasty came to the Shang Dynasty, this land was gradually deserted and became a ruin, which was called Yin Ruins in history.
In 1961, the State Council announced Yin Ruins as the first batch of key cultural relics protection units in China. In order to protect and make use of the Yin Ruins and prevent them from being destroyed by man, the Yin Ruins Museum was built on the site of the palace area of the Yin Ruins with the approval of the relevant state departments.
There are three very important factors that make Yin Ruins world-famous: Oracle Bone Inscriptions, bronzes and the capital. The first is Oracle Bone Inscriptions (the situation about Oracle Bone Inscriptions will be introduced later). Let's take a look at this gate into the Garden. This gate was specially designed by Professor Yang Hongxun, a famous Beijing ancient architecture expert. It was built by imitating the writing style of Oracle Bone Inscriptions. It seems simple, but it is the most primitive gate, which can be called the originator of Huaxia Gate. Let's take a look at these patterns on the doorframe, which are embossed with patterns such as phoenix, tiger, gluttony and cicada. The name of Menforehead Garden was inscribed by the famous historian Mr. Zhou Gucheng. The whole garden gate is solemn and generous, with carved colors in Zhu Mo, antique charm and antique colors. On the walls on both sides of the door, there are relief jade tablets in the shape of dragons in Yin Dynasty, which seems to show that we are all descendants of dragons. This garden gate and the humanistic landscape built in imitation of Yin Temple have become the symbol of Anyang, the ancient capital.
When most ethnic groups in the world were still in the Stone Age, people living here had entered the Bronze Age. This is the second reason why Yin Ruins are famous in the world.
The bronze ware you see now is an imitation of the famous Simuwu Dafang Ding. Siwu Wuding was unearthed from the tomb area in 1939. It is 1.33 meters high, 1.1 meters long, .78 meters wide and weighs 875 kilograms. It is the largest bronze unearthed in the world so far and is our national treasure. Such a large heavy device is particularly difficult to cast. It is estimated that the manufacture of such a heavy device requires a clear division of labor and cooperation, and more than 13 people need to work at the same time from the casting of copper smelting, from mold making to dismantling. The proportion of copper, tin and lead in bronzes is basically the same as that in modern bronzes. We can imagine how superb the refining technology was at that time. Ding started out as a pot used by cook the meat, but later, with the tuxedo of productivity, it gradually became a symbol of power.
The third reason why Yin Ruins are famous in the world is undoubtedly the capital of Shang Dynasty. What is presented to us is the imitation Yin Hall, which was built on the ruins of the capital palace of Shang Dynasty. It is like the heart of Yin capital, and it is the place where Shang kings discuss and worship. This building is the construction method of Mautz earth steps and four heavy houses, that is, thatched roofs, rammed earth steps, four slopes and double eaves. The whole hall is magnificent and solemn.
Oracle Bone Inscriptions is now on display in the main hall. Let's go into the main hall system and learn something about Oracle Bone Inscriptions. Oracle Bone Inscriptions was first discovered in 1899 by Wang Yirong, a drinker in imperial academy, Qing Dynasty. At that time, the land under our feet was still a farmland, and the villagers around us often dug up some Oracle bones in the soil. But at that time, they didn't know what it was, so they just threw it away. Later, Li Cheng, a village barber, often cut his scalp and bled when he shaved his customers. He didn't have the money to buy medicine, so he used these bone fragments to grind into powder and apply them to the wound. Only when he found that the blood had stopped did he realize that this was the blind pursuit of Chinese medicine and was called keel. So I began to sell it to pharmacies in large quantities. At that time, most pharmacies only bought keel without words. So many farmers scrape off the words on the bone pieces before selling them. Unfortunately, I don't know how many patients drank all these Oracle Bone Inscriptions. Fortunately, some Oracle bones with characters were sold to Beijing and Tianjin, which were discovered by Wang Yirong and confirmed as the earliest writing in China-Oracle Bone Inscriptions.
The discovery of Oracle Bone Inscriptions made the value of Keelung soar to the sky, which led the surrounding villagers to dig in succession, and some made a living from it. However, all the excavations at that time were private excavations, which were very destructive, and large-scale organized excavations began in 1928. Archaeologists conducted 15 large-scale excavations during the decade from 1928 to 1936. These excavations have always been included in archaeology.
